Crypto Mining Reports & Client Billing

Operations produce data; businesses need documents. This layer turns fleet telemetry, repairs and energy into reports an owner can act on and a client can be handed.

Helios Forge Fleet performance report for the demo site: hashrate, power, energy and cost KPIs with per-site uptime, availability and incidents

Performance reports

Site and fleet performance over the ranges that matter — hashrate, availability, energy and cost per site, with the honest distinction between a machine that was broken and a site that was intentionally curtailed. Numbers trace back to the telemetry that produced them.

Service reports a client can trust

Every serviced miner can carry a service report: which subsystems were inspected or at fault (hashboards, control board, PSU, cooling), findings, actions and the technician — with the subsystem checkboxes pre-filled from the machine's live diagnosis and repair history, so the paperwork starts from evidence rather than a blank form. Reports move draft → final under your control; final reports print to PDF, email directly, and publish to the client's portal. Select-and-bulk management keeps a busy quarter's reports organized.

Client billing without the spreadsheet night

For each client and period: estimated energy share computed from their machines' telemetry against your site tariff, plus products and services, plus repair charges — exportable as CSV. The platform connects to QuickBooks (official OAuth); automatic invoice creation from approved billing is planned and labeled as such. Estimated numbers say "estimated" — that honesty is a design rule, and your clients will notice it too.

Frequently asked questions

What report types are included? +
Three families: performance reports across sites and time ranges; per-miner service reports documenting inspections and repairs; and client billing reports combining estimated energy share, products and services, and repairs for a billing period.
Can clients see their reports? +
Service reports move from draft to final under your control, and finalized reports publish to the client's portal. Clients see exactly their own reports and machines — never another client's.
What export formats exist? +
Reports print cleanly to PDF from the browser, service reports can be emailed directly, and billing data exports as CSV for your accounting workflow.
How does the QuickBooks integration work? +
The platform connects to your QuickBooks company via the official OAuth flow today. Automatic invoice creation from approved billing is a planned next phase and is labeled as planned until it ships.
Are billing energy numbers measured or estimated? +
Billing uses each client's estimated energy share, computed from miner telemetry against your site tariff, and it is labeled as an estimate. The platform's rule is to never present derived numbers as metered measurements.
