HeliosForge Companion (“the app”) is the mobile companion to the HeliosForge platform at hf-eip.com, operated by NT Consulting Group LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). This policy explains what the app collects and how we handle it.
The app requires an existing HeliosForge account. It is a professional tool for mining-hosting operators and site owners to monitor and manage their own equipment. It is not a consumer service and is not directed at children.
We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, advertising identifiers, or third-party usage analytics through the app.
Solely to operate the app: to authenticate you, keep you signed in, show your fleet, and carry out the actions you request (such as putting a miner to sleep or waking it). Every action you take is recorded in your organization’s audit log.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising or any other purpose. Data flows only between the app and your own HeliosForge server.
If you enable notifications, we use them only to alert you about your own equipment and account. You can turn them off at any time in your device settings.
All communication between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit using TLS/HTTPS. The device token is held in your device’s encrypted storage. Two-factor authentication is supported and honored exactly as on the web app.
Your account and its data are retained while your HeliosForge account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time — see our Account & Data Deletion page. Signing out of the app removes the device token from your device.
We may update this policy from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest version.
