Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your HeliosForge account and the data associated with it, for users of the HeliosForge Companion app (com.heliosforge.companion) and the HeliosForge platform, operated by NT Consulting Group LLC.

How to request deletion

Email support@hf-eip.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Account deletion request.” You can also ask your organization’s HeliosForge administrator, who can remove your account directly. We verify each request and process it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your user account and login credentials.
Personal profile data tied to your account — your name, email, device tokens, and session records.

What may be retained

Operational and equipment records that belong to your organization (not to you personally) may be retained by the organization that owns them.
Records we are required to keep for legal, security, or audit purposes may be retained for the period required by law, then deleted.

Uninstalling the app

Removing the app from your device deletes the device token stored locally. It does not, by itself, delete your account — use the request process above for that.
