ASIC Miner Management Software

For operators running racks of Antminer-class hardware: Helios Forge Fleet turns a wall of identical machines into a managed fleet — every miner discovered, named, monitored down to the chip, and controllable through safe, audited actions.

How it works

STEP 1

Install the Edge Agent

One lightweight Windows service on your miners' network. It connects outbound-only to the cloud — no ports opened, no miner ever exposed to the internet.

STEP 2

Approve your networks

Tell the platform which subnets to scan. Discovered miners land in a review inbox, and each approved machine gets a durable asset identity that survives IP changes.

STEP 3

Manage the fleet

Monitor everything live, group miners by client or site, rename hostnames in bulk, pin IP addresses, flash a locate LED, and issue sleep, wake or reboot — all role-gated and audited.

Visibility down to the chip

Fleet dashboards are only useful when they tell the truth about individual machines. Helios Forge Fleet reads each miner's live hashrate, board and chip temperatures, fan speeds, power draw, pool connection and worker status — and goes a level deeper than most tools: per-hashboard rates and a per-chip health map, so a board that is degrading shows exactly which chips have failed rather than just a lower number.

A deep-insight view per miner combines this telemetry with the miner's own device log, interpreted into plain English, plus its repair history — so "why is this machine underperforming" gets an evidence-based answer instead of a guess.

Identity that survives the real world

ASIC fleets churn: DHCP leases move, machines get swapped, hostnames ship as a generic default. The platform manages identity deliberately — bulk sequential hostname renaming (applied to the miner itself through a safe read-modify-write), one-click static-IP pinning so a lease change can never scramble your records, printable QR asset labels, and a physical site map that remembers where every machine lives on the rack.

Actions you can trust

Security and deployment

The Edge Agent is a single Windows service installed inside your site's network. It makes outbound connections only; your miners stay on their LAN and are never reachable from the internet. What leaves the site is operational telemetry — hashrates, temperatures, power, status and device logs — never wallet keys, and pool settings change only through explicit, audited actions.

Platform access is protected by multi-factor authentication, strict per-organization isolation, and role-based permissions (owner, admin, operator, technician, viewer). Every sensitive action — every command, every configuration change, every login — is recorded with who, when, and from where.

Built by miners

Helios Forge Fleet comes from more than a decade of hands-on ASIC operation — building sites, chasing airflow problems, replacing hashboards, and living with the gap between what mining software claims and what a rack actually does. That experience shows up as a design rule across the product: the platform never invents data. When a reading is missing, it says so; when an action completes, it was verified against the machine.

Frequently asked questions

Which ASIC miners does Helios Forge Fleet manage? +
Helios Forge Fleet is built and proven on Bitmain Antminer stock firmware (the S19 family and similar generations). Telemetry uses the standard cgminer API that most ASIC miners expose, and management actions use each miner's own documented firmware interfaces — no custom firmware flash is required.
Do I have to flash custom firmware on my miners? +
No. Helios Forge Fleet works with the stock firmware already on your machines. Every action is a documented firmware operation applied over your local network by the site's Edge Agent, verified by reading the miner's state back afterwards.
What happens to management if a site loses internet? +
Miners keep mining — they never depend on the platform to hash. Commands you issue queue in the cloud and are delivered when the site's Edge Agent reconnects, and monitoring resumes automatically with the next check-in.
Can technicians use it on a phone in the aisle? +
Yes. The miner workbench has a phone layout, and the Locate action flashes a miner's identify LED so a technician can find the exact machine on the rack within seconds.
